Brain health should be a top priority for all of us. If our brain no longer functions as it should we are diminished. The reality is we are what our brain allows us to be. The health of our brain and nervous system should be at the top of our priority list of thing to pursue to maintain our health.
There are some activities that have been proven to improve brain activity, and those activities will be discussed at some length in this eBook.
